Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily check-ins to maintain seamless operations for over 200 clients.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, providing guidance to ensure a smooth transition.
- Collaborate effectively with our media buying and delivery teams to ensure optimal account setup.
- Update and manage client accounts within our CRM systems as necessary.
- Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, addressing concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to gauge satisfaction and relay important updates.
- Organize and coordinate appointments for comprehensive client consultations.
- Prioritize client requests while managing a dynamic task list.
- Advise clients on best practices to facilitate outstanding performance.
- Adopt a proactive approach to problem-solving, navigating challenges with confidence.
- A proactive attitude combined with accountability and ownership of responsibilities.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in client management, customer retention, or customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication skills, demonstrating a strong commitment to superior service.
- Dependable attendance and a results-oriented mindset.
- Experience in phone sales, appointment setting, or lead generation is preferred.
- Coaching, sales management, or leadership experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a reliable internet connection and minimal distractions.
- Open-mindedness and a dedication to learning from industry leaders.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, B2B sales, customer relationship management, and customer retention.
- Availability for a day shift is required.
