Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Manage customer inquiries via telephone and email, providing support related to accounts, invoices, and payments.
  • Assist customers in obtaining necessary account documentation, including invoice copies and financial statements.
  • Update customer accounts with relevant information, including payment arrangements and contact details.
  • Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate teams or management, ensuring all pertinent information is communicated effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, finance, and marketing to address customer challenges efficiently.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening and responding to customer needs with a positive demeanor.

Required Skills

  • Experience in a customer service support role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and resolve customer concerns.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Prior experience in a customer service role is advantageous.

Compensation And Benefits

This role operates Monday through Friday, from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. After training, a hybrid work arrangement is available, consisting of three days in the office and two days working remotely.
