Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Manage customer inquiries via telephone and email, providing support related to accounts, invoices, and payments.
- Assist customers in obtaining necessary account documentation, including invoice copies and financial statements.
- Update customer accounts with relevant information, including payment arrangements and contact details.
- Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate teams or management, ensuring all pertinent information is communicated effectively.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, finance, and marketing to address customer challenges efficiently.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening and responding to customer needs with a positive demeanor.
- Experience in a customer service support role is preferred.
