- Become the principal authority on our search technology and its multifaceted applications.
- Acquire an in-depth understanding of our search recommendation frameworks and the underlying data.
- Conduct routine evaluations of search outcomes to foster a deep empathy for job seekers and promote iterative improvements.
- Draft comprehensive specifications, oversee project execution, and devise effective product rollout strategies.
- Create a clear and actionable product roadmap, championing impactful features while crafting documentation suitable for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-disciplinary teams, including Engineering, Product, Analytics, Sales, and Marketing, to prioritize enhancements for our search engine.
- 5-7 years of combined experience in product management, data science, or engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in enhancing or developing search or recommendation engine models.
- Proven leadership capabilities in managing cross-functional teams to achieve measurable results.
- Strong analytical acumen, including proficiency in SQL for conducting research queries.
- Experience in interpreting and utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data effectively.
- A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
- Previous exposure to search engines or recommendation systems is highly desirable.
- A background in software engineering or data science is advantageous.
- Ability to read and write pseudocode, facilitating effective communication with technical teams.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Jupyter Notebooks or Periscope, and experience in leveraging data for product decision-making.
