Key Responsibilities
- Become the Subject Matter Expert: Lead our search technology efforts, establishing yourself as the primary resource for all products reliant on our job search capabilities. Engage deeply with search recommendation systems and the data that fuels them.
- User-Centric Understanding: Actively interact with the product to evaluate search results firsthand, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of user experiences and identifying areas that require enhancement.
- Strategic Collaboration and Leadership: Formulate clear specifications, oversee project execution, and establish strategies for product launches. Guide cross-functional teams encompassing Product, Engineering, Analytics, Sales, and Marketing to prioritize and implement improvements to search technology.
- Roadmap Development: Create and manage the product roadmap, advocate for innovative features, and document critical components for diverse audiences, both technical and non-technical.
- Strong analytical capabilities, adept at interpreting both qualitative and quantitative data.
