Key Responsibilities
- Strategically plan and execute paid social media campaigns on platforms including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Oversee budget management, including pacing and monthly spend reconciliation for assigned accounts.
- Generate creative insights and develop optimization strategies, incorporating A/B testing of copy, headlines, CTAs, and ad formats.
- Purchase and optimize media within Business Manager across various social media networks.
- Analyze and report on the performance of paid media initiatives, leveraging data to formulate strategic recommendations.
- Remain informed about industry trends and platform updates, translating insights into actionable testing and learning opportunities.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in managing paid social media campaigns, specifically utilizing Facebook Business Manager.
- Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to meet client expectations and deadlines.
- Proficiency in storytelling through data-driven insights and analytical skills to interpret raw data and create actionable strategies.
- Exceptional writing, grammar, and communication skills.
- A detail-oriented problem-solver with a commitment to delivering flawless execution.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects effectively while prioritizing tasks.
