Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Project Managers, overseeing recruitment, training, and performance assessment.
- Strategically allocate resources to projects aligning staff expertise with project requirements.
- Deliver technical guidance and training in fundamental project management practices, including estimation, planning, risk management, and communication.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues related to ongoing projects.
- Employ innovative and analytical thinking to tackle challenges and resolve intricate issues.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to enhance collaboration and project success.
- Work closely with leadership to refine processes and tools, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Manage departmental and project budgets, ensuring financial viability and alignment.

- At least 10 years of experience in product/program/project management or within a third-party logistics setting.
- Knowledge of WMS, YMS, and LMS Tier 1 systems such as SAP, Red Prairie, Manhattan, etc.
- Experience with facility layout design in a CAD environment is highly desirable.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is mandatory.
- Preference for candidates with Green Belt and/or Lean Six Sigma certifications.
