Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Project Managers, overseeing recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Allocate resources effectively to projects based on skill sets and project requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on core project management practices, including estimation, planning, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks across all project initiatives.
- Foster trusted relationships with key stakeholders and internal leaders.
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance project management processes and tools in alignment with business units.
- Manage departmental and individual project budgets to ensure financial integrity.
- Establish and maintain performance metrics to evaluate and drive team success.
- Identify process optimization opportunities to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Support the ongoing professional development of team members through mentorship and guidance.
- Perform additional responsibilities to advance the PMO's objectives as required.

- In-depth knowledge of risk management and change management strategies.
- Familiarity with WMS, YMS, and LMS Tier 1 systems.
- Experience with CAD for facility layout drawings.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, product/program management, or third-party logistics.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is mandatory.
- Green Belt and/or Lean Six Sigma certifications are preferred.
