Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Professional Learning: Deliver engaging in-person and virtual workshops and seminars targeted at educators and school leaders.
- Build Partnerships: Drive the recruitment of new schools and districts to adopt our programs by conducting informative sessions and establishing enduring partnerships that pave the way for curriculum and professional learning agreements.
- Cultivate Relationships: Sustain and document open communication channels with educators and leaders within schools and districts.
- Outstanding communication and facilitation abilities.
- Proficiency in designing and conducting technology-enhanced professional learning experiences, including online platforms such as Zoom and Google tools.
- Familiarity with social-emotional learning, school culture, and civic education.
- Experience with culturally responsive teaching and equity initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- A growth mindset, demonstrating eagerness to learn and reflect on experiences.
- A bachelor's degree is required; a master's degree is preferred.
- At least 5 years of secondary classroom teaching experience (grades 7-12).
- Minimum of 3 years leading professional development and/or coaching in educational settings.
