Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Professional Learning: Conduct dynamic workshops and seminars, both in-person and online, to enhance the skills and knowledge of educators and school leaders.
• Build Partnerships: Strategically recruit schools and districts to implement our programs by delivering introductory sessions and fostering long-term relationships that culminate in curriculum and professional learning agreements.
• Cultivate Relationships: Establish and maintain effective communication with educators and school/district leaders to support ongoing collaboration and engagement.
  
  

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
• Familiarity with social-emotional learning, school culture, and civic education.
• Experience in culturally responsive teaching and equity-focused initiatives.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing technology-enabled professional learning experiences using platforms like Zoom, Canvas, and Google tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, capable of both independent and collaborative work.
  
  

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of five years of secondary classroom teaching experience (grades 7-12).
• At least three years of experience leading professional development and/or coaching in educational settings.
