Key Responsibilities

  • Guide and mentor a dedicated team of project managers, providing valuable feedback and nurturing their professional development.
  • Partner with sales, technical teams, and other departments to gain insights into client requirements, ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks, offering direction to ensure projects remain on course.
  • Monitor key project metrics and timelines, delivering consistent updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Assess and refine project management methodologies, suggesting enhancements to boost performance and client satisfaction.
  • Promote effective communication and collaboration among internal teams, clients, and vendors to facilitate successful project execution.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to pinpoint lessons learned and apply insights to future initiatives.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and work with your team to devise effective mitigation strategies.

  • A valid driver's license is required; willingness to travel to client locations when necessary.
