• Maintain applicant registers and oversee automated systems for staffing, records, personnel management, and database integrity.
• Prepare rating and ranking recommendations in alignment with Merit Promotion procedures.
• Develop and publish vacancy announcements for federal job openings.
• Conduct thorough quality reviews of merit promotion qualification determinations made by federal personnel.
• Provide expert guidance on a comprehensive range of federal HR benefits programs and services, including eligibility requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all federal HR laws, regulations, and guidelines in all aspects of work.
