Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all stages of highway design and engineering projects, encompassing planning, design, and construction support.
- Ensure the timely and budget-conscious delivery of projects while adhering to the highest quality standards and surpassing client expectations.
- Serve as the Engineer of Record for various projects when necessary.
- Engage in business development initiatives, including client interactions, proposal preparations, and presentations.
- Offer technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in highway design and engineering.
- Proven project management skills with a history of successful project execution.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
