Job Overview

We are in search of a seasoned IT Infrastructure Security Project Manager to spearhead diverse technology initiatives and projects within our esteemed organization. Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee a variety of technology projects, ensuring strategic alignment of IT services with business goals.
• Engage and collaborate with both internal stakeholders and external partners to navigate evolving business requirements, particularly in the End User Services (EUS) sphere.
• Design and maintain comprehensive security reporting systems to deliver real-time compliance insights.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in information security, integrating innovative techniques to fulfill security objectives.
• Manage essential monitoring activities for applications and infrastructure services, guaranteeing uninterrupted operations.
• Partner with the Cyber Security Operations Center (CSOC) to address critical security alerts and incidents effectively.
• Coordinate operational responses across IT teams, ensuring timely and efficient resolutions to challenges.
• Enhance IT services related to End User Support, Network Operations Center (NOC), and the Service Desk, to elevate user satisfaction.
• Optimize request processes across IT domains, fostering improved service delivery for EUS and the Service Desk.
• Articulate a clear and ambitious vision for the team, ensuring cohesive alignment within Infrastructure and Operations teams and external collaborators.
• Manage relationships with service providers, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and deliverables.
• Develop and assess performance metrics with service providers to evaluate the influence of service delivery on business outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Vendor Management Office to ensure vendor performance meets expectations and manage monthly vendor payments.
• Supervise asset inventory and manage the internal budget for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process enhancements and refine existing SLAs to boost vendor service delivery.
• Lead and manage projects, overseeing resources, scope, budgets, timelines, and comprehensive project plans.
• Monitor industry best practices, making strategic recommendations for the operation of EUS, NOC, and the Service Desk.
• Represent the IT department in senior executive meetings, influencing strategic direction and aligning IT services with overarching business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of professional experience, including 4 years in IT Infrastructure and Operations; or a Master's degree with at least 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Operations.
