- Deploy and manage game servers, ensuring optimal gameplay, stable virtual economies, and seamless player interactions.
- Design and oversee efficient data storage solutions, including databases, caching, and backup systems, to manage player data and in-game assets effectively.
- Enhance performance, tackle scalability issues, and reduce network latency to provide the best online experience.
- Safeguard the integrity and security of the infrastructure, implementing measures against cheating, hacking, and unauthorized access.

- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Networking, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of professional experience as an infrastructure engineer, ideally in the video game sector with a focus on multiplayer games.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and experience in deploying and managing scalable game server infrastructure.
- Expertise with tools like Terraform, Docker, and Amazon ECS for building auto-scalable infrastructure.
- Experience with MMO games or large-scale online multiplayer initiatives, including optimization and load balancing.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP) and multiplayer networking solutions.
- Knowledge of databases and data modeling (e.g., SQL, Redis).
- Familiarity with security best practices, including anti-cheat mechanisms and data encryption.
- Proven problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and a collaborative approach to thrive within a remote team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
