Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral health evaluations and provide individual, family, and group therapy for clients in an outpatient environment.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare providers across the organization to discuss treatment strategies and monitor client progress.
- Engage with psychiatric consultants as required for diagnostic assistance and medication management.
- Participate in clinical team meetings, contributing valuable insights on client care enhancement.
- Uphold productivity standards with an unwavering commitment to delivering compassionate and high-quality care.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment that empowers clients to express their feelings and gain insights into their emotional health and relationships.
- Execute crisis interventions and evaluate safety concerns, including risks of self-harm or domestic violence.

- Identify and connect clients with community mental health resources to enhance therapeutic support.
- Valid CT LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license issued by the Department of Public Health (DPH).
- Strong clinical acumen in behavioral health evaluations and therapy.
- Proficiency in collaborative work within multidisciplinary teams.
- Crisis intervention competencies and safety assessment skills.
- Expertise in creating and revising treatment plans.
- Familiarity with community mental health resources.
- Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
- A valid CT LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license is required.
- A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is essential.
- Demonstrated experience in behavioral health therapy, preferably in outpatient settings.
