Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain a multi-tenant environment, both cloud-based and on-premises, while working collaboratively with our 24⁄7 NOC/SOC operations.
- Deliver exceptional support to our managed customers, promptly troubleshooting and resolving any service-impacting issues.
- Implement requested changes, document processes, and adapt the existing environment as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with network security best practices.
- In-depth networking knowledge with a strong grasp of network topology and schematics.
- Proficiency in network protocols such as TCP, UDP, ICMP, and technologies including HTTP/S, SSH, and Telnet.
- Exceptional troubleshooting abilities for networking issues, including routing, access, and firewall configurations.
- Familiarity with tools such as nmap, tcpdump, and log analysis for packet/session analysis.
- Understanding of network ACLs and load balancers, along with other enterprise technologies (WAF, network IDS/IPS).
- Strong command of Linux CLI.
- Experience with tools utilized for threat detection based on packet analysis.
- Troubleshoot network connections within our infrastructure.
- Deploy various systems for packet collection.
- Collaborate with SOC and threat detection teams to analyze traffic flows and devise effective detection strategies.
