Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and maintenance for a multi-tenant environment, including both cloud-based and on-premises systems, while actively collaborating with our 24⁄7 Network Operations Center/Security Operations Center (NOC/SOC).
- Deliver exceptional support to our managed customers, swiftly troubleshooting and resolving service-impacting issues.
- Implement requested changes, meticulously document processes, and adapt the existing environment as necessary.
- Uphold network security best practices and ensure compliance across all operations.
- A solid grounding in networking principles with a comprehensive understanding of network topology and schematics.
- Proficient in network protocols, including TCP, UDP, ICMP, as well as technologies such as HTTP/S, SSH, and Telnet.
- Exceptional troubleshooting aptitude for networking issues, particularly in routing, access, and firewall configurations.
- Familiarity with tools such as nmap, tcpdump, and log analysis for packet/session investigations.
- Understanding of network Access Control Lists (ACLs), load balancers, and other enterprise technologies such as Web Application Firewalls (WAF) and network Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS).
- Strong command of Linux Command Line Interface (CLI).
