Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of defense litigation from inception to resolution, including dispositive motions, mediation, and trial proceedings.
• Collaborate effectively with a team of fellow attorneys and partners on a variety of legal projects.
• Regularly engage in court appearances and depositions as part of case management.
• Maintain open lines of communication with clients, providing timely updates and strategic legal guidance.
  
  

Required Skills

• Demonstrated expertise in deposition preparation, trial preparation, and motion practice.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Proficient in managing paper discovery, depositions, and comprehensive report writing.
  
  

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from a recognized law institution.
• Licensed to practice in the state of New York.
• Minimum of 2 years of civil litigation experience, with a preference for professional liability expertise.

Compensation And Benefits

• Salary Range: \(125,000—\)145,000 USD, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
