- Manage a defense litigation caseload from inception to resolution, including dispositive motions, mediation, and trial proceedings.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and partners on various legal projects.
- Engage in court appearances and depositions on a regular basis.
- Provide clients with timely updates and strategic legal advice.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong experience in deposition preparation, trial preparation, and motion practice.
- Proficiency in handling paper discovery, depositions, and report writing.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law institution.
- Licensed to practice in the state of New York.
- Minimum of 2 years of civil litigation experience, with a preference for professional liability expertise.

- Salary Range: \(125,000—\)145,000 USD, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- Eligible for discretionary bonuses.
