Key Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee various technology projects and initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to adapt to changing business demands, especially in the End User Services (EUS) domain.
- Formulate and maintain robust security reporting systems to guarantee real-time compliance visibility.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and innovations in information security to enhance security objectives.
- Supervise essential monitoring activities for applications and infrastructure services, ensuring uninterrupted operations.
- Partner with the Cyber Security Operations Center (CSOC) to address critical security alerts and incidents promptly.
- Coordinate effective operational responses across IT groups, delivering swift solutions to challenges.
- Enhance IT services related to End User Support, Network Operations Center (NOC), and the Service Desk to elevate user satisfaction.
- Optimize request processes throughout IT domains to improve integration and service delivery for EUS and the Service Desk.
- Articulate a clear and ambitious vision for the team, ensuring cohesion within the Infrastructure and Operations teams and external partners.
- Manage relationships with service providers, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), deliverables, and obligations.
- Develop and track performance metrics in collaboration with service providers to assess the impact of service delivery on business outcomes.
- Work with the Vendor Management Office to monitor vendor performance against SLAs and manage monthly payments.
- Oversee asset inventory and manage the internal budget for desktops, laptops, and peripheral equipment.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process enhancements and refine existing SLAs to improve vendor service delivery.
- Lead and manage projects, including resource allocation, scope definition, budgeting, and overall project timelines.
- Research industry best practices and make strategic recommendations regarding the operation of EUS, NOC, and the Service Desk.
- Represent the IT department in senior executive meetings, influencing strategic direction and aligning IT services with corporate objectives.

- Master's degree with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in IT Infrastructure and Operations.
