Key Responsibilities
- Assume complete responsibility for the project lifecycle, guaranteeing timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Supervise a multidisciplinary team, encompassing subcontractors, to optimize manpower utilization effectively.
- Work collaboratively with government stakeholders and contractors to facilitate Agile methodologies.
- Oversee the operations and maintenance of systems that cater to over one million users and visitors on a monthly basis.
- Lead transformative initiatives to consolidate and enhance systems, improving efficiency, data integrity, and service delivery.
- Implement quality assurance processes to uphold elevated standards across all deliverables.
- Communicate clearly and effectively through written and verbal channels to ensure alignment with team and client objectives.
- Active PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
- Formal training or certification in Agile methodologies, such as Advanced Certified Scrum Master or Scaled Agile SAFe Advanced Scrum Master.
- Proven experience working within quality assurance frameworks relevant to similar projects.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively articulate ideas across diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated expertise in coordinating teams for seamless collaboration and project implementation.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience managing projects of similar scale and complexity.
- Hands-on experience in a continuous integration and DevOps environment.
- A track record of successfully managing performance-based environments with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with systems that serve large user bases and operational requirements.
- Strong capability to manage a diverse range of labor categories and skills to achieve project objectives.
