Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring effective communication and managing client expectations while building strong relationships as a trusted advisor.
- Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and tasks to ensure successful execution and adherence to milestones.
- Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements, ensuring clarity for internal teams.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution, aligning client needs with product vision.

- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience managing complex software projects.
- Previous experience in the specialty pharmacy or healthcare sector is desirable.
