Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project charters and comprehensive plans to drive project success.
- Oversee budgets, including estimates at completion (EAC), while tracking project progress to ensure clear visibility.
- Manage critical project components such as scope, timelines, costs, quality, resources, risks, and procurement.
- Lead medium-to-large scale projects, addressing interdependencies to align with our broader strategic goals.
- Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with leadership teams and business units, ensuring stakeholder engagement.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and facilitate open communication channels.
- Maintain adherence to established project management methodologies, promoting consistent delivery.
- Identify and address risks and issues proactively to ensure project success.
- Implement governance controls for effective scope, budget, and schedule management.
- Track and evaluate deliverables, ensuring alignment with project objectives and anticipated benefits.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

- Extensive experience in project management, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and reporting.

- In-depth knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with a focus on risk and change management.
- A minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- PMP certification is highly desirable.
- Proven experience managing enterprise-level software implementations and resource planning.
