Key Responsibilities
- Manage and refine an extensive project plan utilizing Microsoft Project, encompassing over 3,000 tasks and 300 resources across multiple years.
- Monitor the progression of deliverables and milestones, ensuring timelines are consistently achieved.
- Collaborate with program managers and workstream leaders to assess future resource requirements and address potential scheduling conflicts.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to guarantee alignment with program priorities, risks, and issues, adjusting resource plans as needed.
- Utilize your expertise in finance functions and software development lifecycle (SDLC) to inform project scheduling and execution.
- Prepare and deliver reports on resource capacity and issue resolutions using established project management methodologies.
- Lead change management efforts within a dynamic environment, ensuring effective coordination and communication of adjustments.
- Proven experience in IT Project Management, particularly in large-scale system implementations on a global scale.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project for resource planning and execution.
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud, specifically in finance-related business functions.
- Skilled in using Jira and Confluence, with experience in Jira Ceptah Bridge considered an asset.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience overseeing complex projects, adhering to recognized project management methodologies (e.g., PMI PMBOK).
- Strong understanding of financial processes such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and end-to-end processes like Order to Cash and Record to Report.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to motivate teams and engage diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to navigate changing priorities effectively.
- A Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a related discipline is required.
