Remote Project Manager

Job Overview

We are actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our exceptional team in a remote capacity. In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic leadership and direction throughout all phases of assigned projects, ensuring successful implementation and completion. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, fostering collaboration among internal teams as well as external contractors and vendors to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide the fulfillment of all contractual obligations as stipulated in agreements with clients.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with subcontractors and vendors involved in your projects.
• Ensure compliance with all company and client safety protocols, proactively addressing any issues and providing necessary guidance.
• Oversee fiscal management throughout the project lifecycle, including budget administration, client invoicing, and timely payments to subcontractors and vendors.
• Effectively manage project schedules to guarantee successful execution and completion.
  
  

Required Skills

• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience, overseeing individual projects valued over $5 million.
• Extensive experience in managing subcontractors, with a focus on contract negotiation and oversight.
• Proven personnel management skills with a strong track record in overseeing project budgets and schedules.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% of the time, taking on the role of site lead for projects.
• Ability to review plans, specifications, and contract documents for compliance with scope and quality standards; formal training in these areas is preferred.
• OSHA 30 Certification obtained within the last four years.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Project and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills at a professional level.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in general construction, particularly in power generation, is essential.
• A background in healthcare construction is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Procore Contract Management Software and PMP Certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) and hazard analysis is a plus.
• Experience with FAR-based contracts for the U.S. Federal Government is advantageous.
