You will be responsible for overseeing projects from their initiation through to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adherence to timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate project charters, comprehensive plans, risk assessments, schedules, and critical documentation adhering to established project management standards.
- Continuously monitor project milestones, ensuring all tasks are completed within designated timelines and fulfill deliverable expectations.
- Collaborate with vendors to secure essential legal documentation (contracts, MSA, BAA, W9) and uphold compliance with all organizational and vendor policies.
- Work closely with finance and legal departments to maintain precise documentation in the required repositories.
- Engage with project/product owners and stakeholders to collect requirements, delineate project scope, manage scope modifications, and guarantee compliance with established timelines.
- Deliver regular updates to stakeholders utilizing established communication methodologies and tools.
- Facilitate weekly project meetings to ensure team alignment and dissemination of information.
- Supervise all stages of project management, encompassing planning, design, execution, testing, training, and transitioning projects.
- Develop testing scripts and user stories as needed for each project.
- Construct processes for the transition of projects to future owners, ensuring sustained support and maintenance.
- Guarantee that all project documentation is comprehensive, well-organized, and systematically filed.
- Adhere to all project management processes and methodologies.
- Participate in ongoing learning and training relevant to the role.
- Execute other essential duties as deemed necessary.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, particularly in a cross-functional matrix setting.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and process improvement techniques.
- Proficient in tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Preference for candidates with experience in Azure DevOps and Halo.
- 2-5 years of experience within the IT sector is preferred.
