Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage system implementation projects, with a primary focus on application development rather than infrastructure.
• Employ Jira for effective project tracking and team collaboration.
• Oversee project scope, timelines, risks, and budgets in accordance with the established Project Management Office (PMO) guidelines.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules in MS Project, ensuring clarity on dependencies, milestones, critical paths, and resource allocation.
• Communicate consistently with stakeholders regarding project schedules and progress.
• Monitor and predict project expenditures to ensure they align with approved budgets.
• Resolve conflicts, issues, and risks within project teams promptly.
• Conduct thorough post-project evaluations, documenting insights gained and identifying improvement areas.
• Clearly articulate project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to stakeholders.
• Cultivate strong relationships with team members, project leaders, and stakeholders to drive project success.
• Mentor project teams in PMO best practices, covering areas from risk mitigation to budget management.
• Ensure adherence to quality and consistency in project methodologies and deliverables, recommending enhancements where necessary.
• Support governance initiatives when collaborating with third-party vendors.
