Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee MEP projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to all timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate effectively with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver superior solutions.
- Provide expert guidance and supervision to MEP/FP designers and engineers, with a focus on the Healthcare and Government sectors.
- Utilize Revit and other relevant software tools to optimize project workflows and ensure efficient project delivery.
- Mentor and foster the development of team members, cultivating a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining an unwavering commitment to client satisfaction and project objectives.
- In-depth operational knowledge of Revit.
- Exceptional project management capabilities.

- Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
- A client-focused approach to project execution.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in MEP project management (post-degree).
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural, or Structural Engineering.
- A Professional Engineering (PE) License or Registered Architect (AIA) is mandatory.
- PMI PMP Certification is preferred.
- Experience in managing project workflows within the Healthcare or Government sectors is highly desirable.
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required.
