Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee MEP projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget constraints, and quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to achieve exceptional project outcomes.
- Provide expert guidance and oversight to MEP/FP designers and engineers, with a focus on the Healthcare and Government sectors.
- Employ Revit and other advanced software tools to facilitate project workflows and ensure effective delivery.
- Mentor and cultivate team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Simultaneously manage multiple projects while prioritizing client satisfaction and project objectives.
- Profound operational knowledge of Revit.
- Exemplary project management capabilities.
- Ability to lead and mentor diverse teams.
- Proficiency in collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in MEP project management (post-degree).
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural, or Structural Engineering.
- A Professional Engineering (PE) License or Registered Architect (AIA) is mandatory.
- PMI PMP Certification is preferred.
- Experience in managing project workflows within the Healthcare or Government sectors is highly advantageous.
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required.
