Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct MEP projects throughout their entire lifecycle, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
- Collaborate effectively with designers, engineers, and various stakeholders to provide exceptional solutions.
- Offer leadership and mentorship to MEP/FP designers and engineers, especially within the Healthcare or Government sectors.
- Employ Revit and other software tools to streamline project workflows and guarantee successful project completions.
- Support and nurture team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Manage several projects concurrently, with a strong emphasis on client satisfaction and achieving project objectives.
- Extensive experience in MEP project management.
- Proficient in Revit and related software tools.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Knowledgeable in project workflows, particularly in the Healthcare or Government sectors.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in MEP project management (post-degree).
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural, or Structural Engineering is required.
- A Professional Engineering (PE) License or Registered Architect (AIA) is mandatory.
- PMI PMP Certification is preferred.
- Strong operational knowledge of Revit is essential.
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is needed.
