Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee MEP projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate effectively with designers, engineers, and various stakeholders to deliver exceptional solutions.
- Provide mentorship and direction to MEP/FP designers and engineers, particularly within the Healthcare and Government sectors.
- Employ Revit and other advanced software tools to streamline project workflows and guarantee seamless project execution.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining a strong commitment to client satisfaction and project objectives.
- Profound operational knowledge of Revit.
- Outstanding project management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in mentoring and fostering team collaboration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A minimum of 10 years of pertinent experience in MEP project management post-degree.
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural, or Structural Engineering.
- A Professional Engineering (PE) License or Registered Architect (AIA) is mandatory.
- PMI PMP Certification is preferred.
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required.
