Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to spearhead and manage utility-scale Solar PV initiatives across the United States. This pivotal role merges strategic project oversight with active client engagement, ensuring the effective execution and successful delivery of projects. As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead a dynamic team of engineers and designers, leveraging your expertise in PVSyst and related modeling software to offer top-tier power generation solutions. Additionally, you will contribute significantly to the progress of renewable energy efforts, engaging in projects spanning Solar, Wind, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all phases of utility-scale Solar PV projects, from initial planning and conceptual design to implementation and final execution.
• Act as the principal client liaison, nurturing long-standing relationships and ensuring satisfaction at the senior level.
• Lead and mentor a skilled team of technical engineers and designers, guiding them through the design process and maximizing their use of PVSyst and other advanced modeling tools.
• Strategically manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficiency and adherence to project schedules.
• Collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders to align project objectives with client and organizational goals.
• Provide thought leadership in the renewable energy domain, contributing to initiatives in Solar, Wind, and BESS, while sharing best practices across teams.
• Identify and mitigate project-related risks, offering innovative solutions to challenges that may arise throughout the project lifecycle.
  
  

Required Skills

• Extensive experience in managing utility-scale Solar PV projects with a strong record of successful outcomes.
• Proven experience in high-level client relations, adept at managing senior client relationships across multiple projects.
• Proficiency in PVSyst and other Solar PV modeling software.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience in managing and developing technical teams.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
