Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities

In the capacity of Senior RF Engineer, you will spearhead and contribute to the design, development, and testing of pioneering radar and RF technologies. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Designing and prototyping sophisticated radar and RF systems.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to fabricate, integrate, and evaluate novel radar solutions.
• Conducting trade-off analyses, modeling, simulations, and performance assessments.
• Translating project objectives into architectural concepts, requirements, and system specifications.
• Providing technical guidance to subcontractors and vendors.
• Managing research initiatives and directing prototype development.
• Effectively communicating technical concepts to both engineering and scientific communities.
• Assisting in proposal efforts to support new business opportunities.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience, particularly in RF analog or digital electronics and testing equipment.
• U.S. citizenship coupled with the ability to obtain an active Secret clearance.
• Advanced degrees (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Electrical Engineering or Physics are preferred, along with expertise in radar systems or complex RF technologies.
