We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Radiologic Technologist to become an integral part of our innovative team. In this important role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional imaging services to our pediatric patients, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a diverse array of diagnostic imaging procedures while prioritizing patient safety and comfort.
- Assess patient requirements and select the most suitable imaging techniques.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding procedures, addressing any questions they may have.
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment to ensure top-notch performance.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
- Mentor and train junior staff members to foster their development.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Registration with the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient care.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Current MA Radiologic Technologist license.
- BLS certification.
- Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
