Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a global team of experts to advance the development and upkeep of Ubuntu Server packages.
- Optimize the user experience for a wide array of applications and workloads.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in partnership with upstream projects.
- Uphold rigorous software standards by reviewing submissions from fellow engineers.
- Take ownership of maintaining Ubuntu Server packages focusing on various areas, including traditional server workloads, virtualization, and language runtimes.
- Engage with the Ubuntu and Debian communities, contributing to upstream projects and fostering strong customer relationships.
- Proficiency in distribution development or debugging software.
