The Organizational Development Specialist is integral in guiding our clients through the complexities of organizational change. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with program managers to identify and address organizational needs, offering expert consultation and technical assistance.
- Formulate long-term strategies and programs, including criteria to assess their effectiveness.
- Leverage strategic thinking to interface with employees and management at all levels, facilitating successful change initiatives.
- Define assessment criteria for organizational development metrics and support additional projects as required.
- Spearhead or assist in the design, implementation, and enhancement of leadership development programs.
- Employ assessment tools and surveys to inform and enhance training programs and leadership strategies.
- Provide expertise in coaching, change management, and monitoring performance.
- In-depth knowledge of leadership development, instructional design, and change management methodologies.
- Proficient in survey tools, assessment instruments, and virtual collaboration platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and other relevant software applications.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for process improvement.
- Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal, with proficiency in delivering training and presentations.
- Expertise in conducting interviews, focus groups, and surveys to guide program development.
- Ability to consult and collaborate effectively with leadership to drive organizational change.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 10 years of experience in change management, or a Master's degree with at least 8 years of experience.
- Change Management Certification (e.g., PROSCI) is mandatory.
