Key Responsibilities
- Elevate the technical competencies of our premium audit team.
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs and educational materials.
- Collaborate with Field Managers and the Premium Audit Service Manager to assess and validate skill proficiency levels.
- Partner with the Director of Premium Audit to formulate effective training strategies.
- Oversee the external training initiatives for policyholders, agents, and partners.
- Ensure all training content aligns with established branding guidelines.
- Facilitate external training sessions on audit-related subjects.
- Act as the primary technical expert for Premium Audit, contributing valuable insights to both internal and external content.
- Serve as a liaison with premium audit and training organizations.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and best practices.
- Lead the Quality Program for Premium Audit, conducting quality assessments and identifying training needs.
- Engage in quality assurance co-travel projects alongside field staff.
- Support strategic initiatives for large accounts and new business consultations.
- Conduct physical audits for selected policies, evaluating business operations and verifying data accuracy.
- Provide leadership for select departmental projects.
- Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of experience in insurance premium audit or equivalent exposure.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office), with mainframe experience considered an asset.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, complemented by a strong customer service orientation.
- Proven presentation and training abilities, including experience in program design and execution.
- Effective time management and problem-solving competencies.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance company processes and requirements.
- Extensive familiarity with NCCI and ISO manual rules.
- Willingness to travel (up to 25%).
