This pivotal role requires you to engage directly with clients to facilitate the successful execution of their IAM programs within a fast-paced and agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead IAM planning and implementation strategies, partnering with clients to develop and execute IAM programs that meet their organizational objectives.
- Supervise comprehensive access (re)certification processes, ensuring adherence to validation protocols for precision and thoroughness.
- Deliver expert counsel on IAM business processes, defining requirements and executing control-based business solutions.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with third-party vendors, overseeing IAM processes and controls.
- Evaluate and interpret business requirements, designs, and architectures to devise IT security solutions that encompass diverse technologies and user types (internal employees, external customers, partners).
- Engineer and architect IAM platforms, solutions, and services customized to client specifications.
- Integrate IAM solutions with existing applications and business services to enhance operational efficiency.
- Leverage hands-on expertise across various IAM platforms and technologies.
- Over 7 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and deploying global IAM programs.
- Proficient understanding of IAM protocols, including LDAP, AD, and Federation protocols (SAML/OIDC).
- Extensive background in web technologies such as XML, SPML/SOAP, web and application servers, and databases (MSSQL, MySQL).
- Strong expertise in business processes, internal control risk management, security, and IT controls.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with various management levels across multiple business lines.
- Excellent communication and facilitation abilities, both written and verbal, with a proven track record of engaging with client executives.
- Superior program/project management capabilities with the aptitude to handle multiple priorities, optimize resources, and deliver results.
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in global IAM program implementation.
- Demonstrated expertise in IAM protocols and web technologies.
- Solid foundation in business processes and security controls.
- Proven experience in designing IAM solutions and integrating various systems.
- Exceptional communication skills, fostering effective collaboration and engagement.
