Compensation And Benefits
The anticipated starting salary for this position ranges from \(150,000 to \)190,000 annually. Actual salaries may vary based on relevant experience, skills, and location. The position is also eligible for discretionary bonuses or incentive compensation, contingent upon individual and organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the client development (sales) team to effectively demonstrate the value of our services from a practitioner's viewpoint. Strategize on the optimal suite of services to fulfill prospective clients' undergraduate enrollment requirements.
- Partner with client services and success teams to ensure that clients realize their enrollment objectives. Participate in weekly calls, provide on-demand enrollment consulting, support in-person meetings, and formulate strategies for client retention and expansion.
- Support the corporate marketing team in the creation and delivery of thought leadership presentations, including webinars, podcasts, and conference discussions.
- Engage in consulting projects that encompass assessments, data analysis, and the formulation of strategic enrollment management plans, providing both written and in-person recommendations.
- Strong written, oral, interpersonal, and public speaking abilities.
- Excellent analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with direct and digital marketing channels, strategies, and emerging trends.
- Proven track record in developing strategic initiatives and successfully achieving enrollment targets.
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in a senior admissions or enrollment leadership capacity.
- 10-12 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in marketing to and recruiting undergraduate and transfer students across diverse academic programs (both on-ground and online).
- Significant experience presenting at national and regional professional conferences.
