Key Responsibilities
- Direct all phases of utility-scale Solar PV projects, from initial concept and design to execution and final delivery.
- Act as the principal client liaison, nurturing long-term relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor a proficient team of engineers and designers, facilitating their use of PVSyst and other advanced modeling software.
- Strategically manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to uphold efficiency and achieve project milestones.
- Collaborate closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to align project objectives with client and company goals.
- Provide thought leadership within the renewable energy domain, contributing to Solar, Wind, and BESS initiatives, and disseminating best practices across teams.
- Recognize and address project risks, offering innovative solutions to challenges encountered during project execution.
- Extensive experience in managing utility-scale Solar PV projects with a proven record of success.
- Strong client-facing abilities, adept at managing high-level client relationships across multiple projects.
- Proficiency in PVSyst and other relevant Solar PV modeling software.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience in managing and developing technical teams.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to excel in a remote work setting while effectively juggling multiple projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
