Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead IAM planning and implementation initiatives, partnering with clients to create and execute IAM programs that meet their business objectives.
- Manage comprehensive access (re)certification processes, ensuring compliance with validation standards for precision and thoroughness.
- Offer expert insights on IAM business processes, capturing requirements, and deploying control-based business solutions.
- Cultivate relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring effective oversight of IAM processes and controls.
- Analyze and interpret business needs, designs, and architectures to develop robust IT security solutions accommodating various technologies and user types.
- Engineer and tailor IAM platforms, solutions, and services to suit client requirements.
- Integrate IAM solutions seamlessly with existing applications and business services.
- Apply hands-on expertise across diverse IAM platforms and technologies.
- Over 7 years of experience in the implementation, configuration, and deployment of global IAM programs.
- Proficient understanding of IAM protocols, including LDAP, Active Directory, and Federation protocols (SAML/OIDC).
- Extensive knowledge of web technologies, including XML, SPML/SOAP, web and application servers, as well as databases (MSSQL, MySQL).
- Comprehensive expertise in business processes, internal control risk management, security and IT controls, and relevant standards.
- Proven ability to collaborate with various management levels and across multiple business lines.
- Direct experience in the design and engineering of IAM solutions, integrating them within various systems.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, adept at engaging with client executives.
- Exceptional program/project management capabilities, adept at juggling multiple priorities, optimizing resources, and delivering results.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in Identity & Access Management projects.
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing IAM programs and projects across diverse industries.
