Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive rental market analyses and property pricing evaluations to guarantee competitive listings.
- Capture high-quality images and craft compelling rental listings utilizing our advertising syndication software.
- Address inquiries regarding rental properties promptly and arrange appointments for viewings.
- Provide clear guidance on the application process for prospective tenants and assist them throughout.
- Execute background and credit checks on applicants to ensure thorough vetting.
- Prepare and manage all leasing paperwork, facilitating a seamless lease signing experience.
- Collect initial rent payments and security deposits from new residents.
- Perform move-in and move-out inspections to uphold property standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to property owners, prospective tenants, and current residents.
- Possession or willingness to obtain a Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson or Broker’s License.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Familiarity with landlord and tenant rights as stipulated by the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade, and Consumer Protection (DATCP).
- Comprehensive understanding of Fair Housing Laws.
