Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in intricate real estate transactions, such as acquisitions and dispositions, with a focus on drafting purchase and sale agreements.
- Manage construction, acquisition, and mezzanine financing processes.
- Negotiate commercial leasing agreements, particularly for anchor and junior-anchor shopping centers.
- Oversee construction and development initiatives, including drafting and negotiating AIA construction documents.
- Prepare and negotiate easement agreements, declarations, and association documents.
- Supervise survey, title, and due diligence review activities.
- Conduct extensive research and deliver strategic analysis to meet client objectives.
- Strong foundation in commercial real estate law, complemented by sound legal judgment and business acumen.
