Job Overview

Join our esteemed real estate and investment team as a Remote Executive Assistant. This pivotal role requires an individual who is exceptionally organized and proactive, providing vital support for our operations by managing various administrative duties, overseeing social media strategies, liaising with job candidates and partners, coordinating real estate transactions, and contributing to marketing efforts. We are on the lookout for a candidate with superior communication capabilities, a meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to excel in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, schedule, and oversee compelling social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Cultivate relationships with our audience by engaging with comments and messages, thereby enhancing our digital footprint.
  • Assist in generating marketing materials, executing email campaigns, and supporting other promotional activities.
  • Review and process job applications promptly.
  • Organize and coordinate interviews with potential new hires.
  • Maintain transparent communication with candidates and team members throughout the hiring process.
  • Connect with real estate partners, wholesalers, and agents to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Conduct research and assessments on potential real estate opportunities.
  • Aid in the formulation of offers on properties and facilitate negotiations to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Monitor and manage deal progression to achieve a smooth operational flow.
  • Administer emails, phone communications, and correspondence on behalf of executives for effective exchanges.
  • Arrange and manage meetings and appointments to optimize executive schedules.
  • Systematically organize and uphold digital documentation for easy retrieval and reference.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in roles related to real estate, marketing, or executive support is advantageous.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competency in social media management and fundamental marketing principles.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficient with technology, including CRM systems, spreadsheets, and online collaboration tools.
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented, and able to work autonomously.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Prior relevant experience in a similar capacity is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with real estate or marketing practices is a plus.
