Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the organization and accessibility of Certificates of Insurance for tenants and vendors, upholding compliance standards.
- Maintain an up-to-date schedule of service contracts for each property to facilitate efficient operations.
- Regularly manage and update a roster of preferred vendors across various trades to guarantee high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee the timely processing of recurring manual billings for utilities, including water, sewer, and electricity.
- Coordinate collection efforts for accounts receivable, preparing and distributing past-due statements as needed.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Exceptional calendar management abilities to effectively coordinate schedules.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fostering effective interactions.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while maintaining high productivity.
