Job Overview

Join our esteemed organization as a Customer Support Specialist in Investment Management Technology, a pivotal role within our Customer Support Team. You will be crucial in providing exceptional service experiences for our retirement plan advisor clients while leveraging strong communication skills to foster relationships across various departments, vendors, and team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Address inbound phone calls and emails related to our proprietary Advisor Web Portal.
  • Effectively engage with financial advisors to convey the features and advantages of the Advisor Portal.
  • Oversee onboarding activities and implementations for new advisors, acting as their primary contact.
  • Conduct demonstrations and training sessions on new technology features, both virtually and in-person.
  • Participate in company events to interact with clients, facilitate demonstrations, and assist with logistical arrangements (minimal travel expected, around 1-2 weeks per year).
  • Create and analyze fee and investment reports, interpreting findings and providing recommendations.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency with relevant technology, including our client web portal.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the capability to build trust and relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on clarity and correctness.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects and deliverables concurrently.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while balancing multiple priorities effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in the financial services or retirement/investment planning sector.
  • Dedication to professionalism, accountability, customer focus, and teamwork.
