Join our dynamic team at the forefront of the retirement services sector as a Customer Support Specialist focusing on Investment Management Technology. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to delivering an exceptional service experience for our esteemed clients in the retirement plan advisory space. Your strong communication skills will be essential as you nurture relationships with various stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming inquiries via phone and email regarding our innovative Advisor Web Portal.
  • Effectively engage with financial advisors to articulate the advantages and functionalities of the Advisor Portal.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new advisors, acting as their primary contact during implementation.
  • Facilitate training sessions and demonstrations of new technology features, both online and in-person.
  • Represent the company at client events, conducting demonstrations and assisting with logistics (minimal travel expected, approximately 1-2 weeks annually).
  • Compile and analyze fee and investment reports, providing insights and recommendations based on your findings.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills

  • Proficient in utilizing applicable technology, including our client web portal.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the capability to foster trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication abilities for effective interactions with clients, colleagues, and upper management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a commitment to timely and accurate follow-up.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while juggling multiple priorities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in the financial services or retirement/investment planning industry.
