Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming inquiries via phone and email regarding our innovative Advisor Web Portal.
- Effectively engage with financial advisors to articulate the advantages and functionalities of the Advisor Portal.
- Lead the onboarding process for new advisors, acting as their primary contact during implementation.
- Facilitate training sessions and demonstrations of new technology features, both online and in-person.
- Represent the company at client events, conducting demonstrations and assisting with logistics (minimal travel expected, approximately 1-2 weeks annually).
- Compile and analyze fee and investment reports, providing insights and recommendations based on your findings.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Proficient in utilizing applicable technology, including our client web portal.
- Strong customer service orientation with the capability to foster trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders.
