In this pivotal role, you will contribute to an unparalleled service experience for our retirement plan advisor clients, utilizing your exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Address incoming phone calls and email inquiries related to our proprietary Advisor Web Portal.
- Effectively engage with financial advisors to elucidate the features and advantages of the Advisor Portal.
- Oversee onboarding processes and implementations for new advisors, acting as their primary contact.
- Conduct demonstrations and training sessions on new technology features, either virtually or in person.
- Participate in company events to foster client interaction, perform demonstrations, and assist with logistical arrangements (minimal travel expected, around 1-2 weeks per year).
- Generate and analyze fee and investment reports, interpreting results and providing recommendations.
- Undertake additional related duties as assigned.
- Proficiency in relevant technology, including our client web portal.
- Strong customer service orientation, adept at fostering trust and relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for interaction with clients, peers, senior management, and vendors.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up.
