Job Overview

Join our esteemed organization at the forefront of the retirement services sector as a Customer Support Specialist in Investment Management Technology. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to an unparalleled service experience for our retirement plan advisor clients, utilizing your exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Address incoming phone calls and email inquiries related to our proprietary Advisor Web Portal.
  • Effectively engage with financial advisors to elucidate the features and advantages of the Advisor Portal.
  • Oversee onboarding processes and implementations for new advisors, acting as their primary contact.
  • Conduct demonstrations and training sessions on new technology features, either virtually or in person.
  • Participate in company events to foster client interaction, perform demonstrations, and assist with logistical arrangements (minimal travel expected, around 1-2 weeks per year).
  • Generate and analyze fee and investment reports, interpreting results and providing recommendations.
  • Undertake additional related duties as assigned.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in relevant technology, including our client web portal.
  • Strong customer service orientation, adept at fostering trust and relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for interaction with clients, peers, senior management, and vendors.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment while effectively prioritizing tasks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1-3 years of pertinent experience in the financial services or retirement/investment planning sector.
