Job Overview

We are actively seeking a National HVAC Trade Manager to spearhead and innovate our HVAC management strategy. This remote role is designed to offer a balanced environment that promotes both professional development and personal well-being, with minimal travel requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee HVAC management across our expansive portfolio to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Formulate and implement HVAC initiatives to assess whether assets should be repaired or replaced.
• Leverage data analytics to track trends and proactively minimize HVAC-related issues.
• Conduct field evaluations to validate significant HVAC projects.
• Establish specifications, scopes of work, budgets, and supervise design efforts.
• Ensure adherence to jurisdictional regulations and accelerate project approvals.
• Apply value engineering principles to enhance performance and cost efficiency.
• Identify and vet vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage projects through to completion.
• Standardize processes and procedures for comprehensive HVAC system management.
• Build strategic partnerships with vendors, consultants, and manufacturers.
• Research and recommend HVAC products and specifications.
• Monitor vendor performance to ensure service excellence.
• Provide emergency response assistance for HVAC-related issues.
• Collaborate with management and team members for seamless communication.
  
  

Required Skills

• 10 years of experience in HVAC systems management, including a minimum of 5 years in consulting roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, materials, and construction methodologies.
• Understanding of HVAC project budgeting principles.
• Proven leadership and collaborative skills.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
