Key Responsibilities
- Oversee HVAC management across our expansive portfolio to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Formulate and implement HVAC initiatives to assess whether assets should be repaired or replaced.
- Leverage data analytics to track trends and proactively minimize HVAC-related issues.
- Conduct field evaluations to validate significant HVAC projects.
- Establish specifications, scopes of work, budgets, and supervise design efforts.
- Ensure adherence to jurisdictional regulations and accelerate project approvals.
- Apply value engineering principles to enhance performance and cost efficiency.
- Identify and vet vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage projects through to completion.
- Standardize processes and procedures for comprehensive HVAC system management.
- Build strategic partnerships with vendors, consultants, and manufacturers.
- Research and recommend HVAC products and specifications.
- Monitor vendor performance to ensure service excellence.
- Provide emergency response assistance for HVAC-related issues.
- Collaborate with management and team members for seamless communication.
- 10 years of experience in HVAC systems management, including a minimum of 5 years in consulting roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
- Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, materials, and construction methodologies.
- Understanding of HVAC project budgeting principles.
- Proven leadership and collaborative skills.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
