Job Title: Manager of Real Estate Operational Strategy

Location: Hybrid (In-office on Tuesdays and Thursdays; optional remote on other weekdays)

Compensation Range: \(75,000 - \)90,000, plus performance-based bonus

Job Overview

Join our team as the Manager of Real Estate Operational Strategy and play a pivotal role in driving impactful change within our organization. In this position, you will be instrumental in scaling operations and overseeing real estate projects, collaborating with a dedicated team to ensure efficient execution and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution and scaling of real estate projects while proactively identifying and resolving challenges.
• Design and implement systems to efficiently manage stakeholder interactions, including external vendors and contractors.
• Utilize project management software and spreadsheets to track project progress, ensuring all details are documented and accessible.
• Aggregate project data into actionable reports and memos for leadership, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
• Implement and oversee tracking systems for real estate opportunities and transactions, ensuring organized information retrieval.
• Maintain effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders to expedite project movements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and take on additional projects as necessary in a dynamic environment.

• Proven project management, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to navigate multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and lead projects to successful completion.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to synthesize complex information.
• Tech-savvy, with experience in spend management platforms (such as Coupa) preferred.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in management consulting, project management, or a related field.
• Exposure to real estate or experience within fast-growing, mission-driven organizations is advantageous but not mandatory.
